Fernando contacted me promptly & came out the next day to measure & discuss the project. When we discussed replacing the baseboards, he understood exactly what I was looking for & agreed to obtain & install new baseboard throughout. He provided a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion for removal of the old floor, replacement of the new LVP, underlayment & new baseboards. When Fedex delivery of the flooring (that I am purchasing directly) became an issue, he agreed to handle picking up my 1200 SF of MVP at a local warehouse. I am looking forward to working w/Fernando & his team!
