From inception to reception and all in between, chef Wilson exquisitely executed a divinely scrumptous four course meal. We did not wait long in between courses and he superbly kept our attention with his excellent engagement skills. His etiquette and demeanor was tremendously professional and courteous with a touch of humor. He graciously engaged us with his wealth of knowledge and passion about his love of cooking. His culinary skills though i am no expert, mirrored and exceeded those who were served by the greatest of celeberty chefs. I especially appreciate the quality of his service as well as the food itself. My husband and I have traveled and experienced an ecclectic mix of food choices service and presentations; however i can truly say that Chef Wilson is five star caliber! As a culinary extraordinare and being a recipient of the art of his cooking is not just an experience but it is life changing to another level of expectation concerning our dining experiences without a doubt!

The service was absolutely wonderful
The food wAs delicious and very well prepared
Portions were precise I enjoyed a Four course meal and felt like I had just enough .
Chef Wilson was confident and courteous money well spent for an enjoyable evening and a memory to last .

We celebrated two family birthdays with a special meal by Chef Wilson. I can not say enough good things about him and the meal! It was amazing! Great taste, presentation, and professionalism. Highly recommend him!
