FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every project. We are not the cheapest option, and we’re not the most expensive—but we are the company that stands behind our work with warranties and guarantees. Customers choose us because they know they’re getting premium-quality service, expert installation, and lasting results done the right way the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, laid back, and focused on finding the right solution for each homeowner. We start by asking questions and really listening to understand your needs, your home, and your goals. From there, we present multiple options and work together to find the one that best fits your budget and priorities. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales—just honest guidance and clear communication every step of the way. Integrity and respect are at the core of how we operate, so you can expect a straightforward, stress-free experience that leaves you confident in your decision and satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings extensive professional training and certifications to every project. We hold Connecticut HIS, HIC, and E1 licenses, ensuring all work meets state standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Our staff includes a CT Licensed E1 electrician, a master carpenter with apprentice, and a master painter with formal training in interior and exterior finishes. We also have specialized expertise in chimney liner installations, chimney caps, door replacements, and custom carpentry projects. In addition, our staff completes over 150 hours of training each year, along with annual background checks, safety checks, and performance evaluations. Combined with more than 15 years of professional experience, this education and ongoing development ensures every project is completed with precision, craftsmanship, and long-term durability.
