- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing models have not and will not change since I adopted them in 2010. Please check the website in the business website section for details. My business rate is $50 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, typically a telephone conversation with customer at the computer with a remote desktop session if internet is available. First determine what the needs are, what brought us to this point, changes made or solutions needed. Reiterate the situation and offer possible solutions and my professional recommendation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in 2004 from ITT Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems. Received my MCP, MCSA, and MCSE certifications with Microsoft. I have over 15 years experience working in all aspects of Information Technology.
