- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a quick get to know you session. During this consultation, I obtain important information about the client's likes and dislikes as well as important information about how they learn. This helps to make future sessions more effective. For parents, I also will provide a summary at the end of each session stating how the session went and what was covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My love for academics stems back to early childhood. I was in the National Honor Society in high school and volunteered with the Special Education Department during Study Halls. I went on to get my Bachelor's Degree in 2016 at the University of Connecticut and taught one on one in a school for children on the Autism Spectrum. I went on to get a Master's Degree with a 4.0 GPA in 2020. The past year I have been a private contract tutor/nanny with a high-profile family. I am now being certified by the National Tutor Association.
