20 years experience. I have helped a small to big businesses with QuickBooks and bookkeeping. I can work on location or virtually. I have merged Quicken into QuickBooks, ran Profit and Losses financial reports, balance sheets, trial balances, journal entries, categorized transactions, reconciled books, accounts receivable and accounts payable. I am certified in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks, & Quickbooks Pro. I have Payroll experience in: ADP RUN, ADP, Paychex, Peachtree, and SAP. I am advanced in Excel pivot tables, V-Lookups and formatting into QuickBooks and ADP. I am certified in QuickBooks Pro, Desktop, and Online. I am working with Enterprise currently. I have worked for law firms, small businesses and non- profits. I am bilingual basic Spanish. My salary for 8 hours a day full time is: Monday thru Friday is $33.00 per hour. Part time is $40 per hour. But prices are subject to change based on the project and duration.
