- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a week long Clown, Mime, Puppetry & Dance Ministry Workshops, twice. Attended the International Juggler’s Convention and the Northeast Clown Association once, a week long workshop that the “Clown’s Without Borders”, put on through the Omega Center, ongoing training through, The Magician’s Business Hub and Balloon Artist College. I also have worked with people with disabilities for 18 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
2 family friends that each performed, one was a singer abd one is a magician. They each took me to places that they were performing. My church then sent me to the Clown, Mime, Puppetry & Dance Ministry Workshop, that was being held in Ithaca NY that year. The workshop showed me what other performers were able to accomplish with their skills and talents.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Parents of children, gifted kids associations, first night events, store openings, children’s libraries, friend’s of Libraries, adult & children’s day care, summer camps, Parks & Recreation Departments, Moms & Tots associations, after school programs
