I just moved in to a new house and needed a lot of work done. I contacted a couple of places and decided to move forward with Garry as he was the most responsive and gave me a very reasonable quote on the work required. He helped me with a full bathroom remodeling, laying new floors for the living room and upstairs, painting, and electric work. My home insurance required that I replace my electric panel box, level out concrete in the back, and put in child proof stairs which he also helped out with. There were also little things that came up during the work that needed fixing and he helped me fix those as well. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of house-related work and I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with to have performed all of the work. Highly recommend and will look to hire him for future work.

Garry took over a building rehab from another contractor that was bleeding me dry - Garry was professional with an attention to detail. Whenever I have a building issue, Garry is my first phone call.

I highly recommend Gary Smith. He is my go to person for all my renovation and remodeling needs. He has worked on numerous projects for me over the past several years. Some of these projects included replacing my staircase, electrical work, plumbing and the list goes on. Gary is very professional and a nice guy. He and Carlos stripped and stained my wood flooring in my bedrooms and it came out wonderful. The floors look awesome. The workmanship is great. I will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend him.

Garry and his team did an excellent job on our small office project. They completed the work in the timeframe that they committed and were very neat. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him to others.
