Mr. Summers is diligent, conscientious and extremely knowledgeable. He designed and built our office space taking into consideration the specific needs of our work and planned every detail to match. Would definitely recommend.

Phil designed and helped build (Essentially from scratch) the interior of our law office in downtown Brooklyn. His work was thoughtful, efficient and specific to what we wanted. He planned out everything in advance and hit the ground running. Maybe his best asset is that if a problem came up (as it always does in building), he solved it and didn’t miss a beat.
Whatever you need, be it a conference room, a back deck or a bathroom remodel, Phil can design it and build it.

Phill is a gifted architect and very responsive to the needs of his clients. Creativity is his primary strength but he really shined when it came to collaboration with the propoerty owners and the contractors. We felt at ease during every phase of our project because of Phil's sharp mind and steady demeanor.
We have used Phil for several projects and won't hesistate to have him lead or next project.
