Introduction

Now in a brand new studio with cork floors, YogaSpace offers a variety of yoga classes in our convenient Bethel, CT. We serve beginners as well as seasoned yoga students and offer over 30 yoga classes a week that are taught by some of the leading certified teachers in northern Fairfield County. Additionally, we offer tai chi, meditation and nutritional counseling as well as workshops, concerts and uplifting special events that bring our community together. Check out our yoga boutique that is offering books, CDs, clothing, jewelry and more. Come "om" with us!
