FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always dreamed about owning my own Landscaping business since a very young age, my father had intentions on guiding me through how to run a business, but unfortunately passed away a few years ago due to an unexpected and very rare/uncommon, Heart Congestion+Bone Marrow Cancer combination. Now I'm going to make him proud and follow my dream! I love the outdoors, working with the land and making things beautiful. I get alot of satisfaction out of pleasing clients, meeting their needs and always exceeding their expectations. There's nothing I enjoy more than going home at the end of the day knowing I've made someone happy with something I accomplished.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customer/Company Communication is key in my book, I always make things crystal clear to avoid and complications along the way, keeping the customet in the loop throughout the whole process/working with them step by step until the job is finished and until they're above satisfied! At DC, we take an immense amount of pride in any work we partake in, and always focus on the customer/the outcome they want. Communication, and hiring someone who cares and whose passionate, will go a very long way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers often have a great idea of what they want done, but if I had to answer this, I'd say for the customer to try and detect any "possible obstacles" that would get in the way of completing the work, IE digging underground/not expecting something. Electrical fence/security lines, so on and so forth. Try to imagine and picture any possible obstacles and bring them to the workers attention before starting. Homeowners usually know their yards better than anyone else/than the person working on it.
