- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the needs of each client as an individual by asking questions and keeping an open line of communication between visits, so that I can ensure I am fulfilling their expectations as those can vary from household to household. I want to give the best value possible, and build trust as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my former line of work, I had a lot of OSHA training in terms of sanitation. I also have a home and family of my own that I take pride in maintaining a level of cleanliness and order.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love being of service in one way or another, but my previous line of work was leaving me feeling stuck to a schedule I had no control over. This allows me to be my own boss, and give my wonderful clients a service that I feel proud of each day!
