I contacted Kurt after not feeling fulfilled in my career and needing a change. Our first meeting Kurt asked me a bunch of questions to find out more about me, and in less than an hour it was like he had known me for years. He pinpointed things that were important to me and what I needed in a career to be happy. I look forward to seeing where this coaching takes me and my career. I would not be surprised if I cross paths with Kurt in the future if/when I need help in another aspect of my life.
