Dan is professional and responsive. He fixed the squeaky stairs that drove me crazy for quite a while without ruining the carpet over it. You can tell he is experienced by his work efficiency and he kept the space clean without making a mess. Definitely give him five stars and will reach out to him again if we have any home projects in the future.
