My typical process for working with a new customer starts with reaching out through Thumbtack first to establish initial contact. From there, I prefer to connect via a valid phone number to discuss the details further. However, I always aim to see the job in person for the most accurate assessment, as photos alone don’t provide the full scope of the work needed or any potential challenges that may only become apparent once I start the job.
