Scott was called in for an emergency. We couldn’t access our company emails. He diagnosed and solved the problem 3 hours after we reached out to him- saving us alot of lost work hours and angry customers. We decided to bring him on as an on call consultant to manage our IT on a monthly basis which has been a super smart thing to do.
