We were looking for someone to repair the exterior of our back porch that had become damaged and rotten over the years from the rain/snow and from squirrels ripping into it. Dan replaced the wood panels and then repainted the entire porch. The quality of his work was good and his price was fair. He also painted our garage door as a courtesy with the remaining paint, which was nice and unexpected. My only issue is that the job was not finished on time as promised for our event due to rain, and when our guests came the materials were left out on the porch and we had to move it ourselves. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend his services.

Dan did a great job sealing off gaps in walls in multiple places in my home. He also offered to fix and paint a cabinet door in the kitchen. He worked quick and was very responsive the entire time.

9-11-25 Update:
We were so impressed with Dan's last project for us that we chose to hire him for a new project involving our porch. And he did a fantastic job on this as well.
The project involved him stripping the porch of its current paint job, sanding it down and then repainting the porch. Dan went out of his way to make sure that the project fit all of our specifications, including getting the paint color right and ensuring that he obtained all the proper materials.
Should mention that as part of the project, he moved everything off of the porch himself and then ultimately put everything back on again. He was patient, understanding, very flexible, and again attentive to detail. He was the ultimate professional. He went over and beyond our expectations and we would gladly hire him for our next project.
That said, we would definitively refer him to anybody else who would like work done on their household. Dan is simply that good of a contractor. Thank you very much, Dan.

Dan recently helped us out with a front porch railing project, and the whole experience turned out to be great. From start to finish, he was easy to work with and super detail-oriented. You can tell he really cares about doing things right—he’s patient, thorough, and happy to answer any questions you throw his way. Plus, his pricing was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done.
We never had any trouble getting our ideas across. Dan totally got what we were going for and made the whole process smooth. He even took a look at a couple of extra things I mentioned, and addressed one of them without charging me, which was very generous of him.
