JOB NOT DONE. I needed a stove plug installed and was hoping to have it before full move in to my new home. Knowing this and after quoting and agreeing to do the job Jason would not give a firm date only possibles. He was impossible to contact and communicate with. Didn't reply to texts for days only after several tries to contact. Never got back when he said he would. Ultimately when he finally did, after the expected date of work, he let me know he was too busy and booked for the rest of the month. Estimated another two weeks before available. I can understand if someone is too booked but to NOT say "I can't take the job right now because I cannot fit you in for the next month" is not acceptable. He simply wasted my time when I could have been looking for another electrician.

Every job is unique therefor it is difficult to provide a standard price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet on site and look at the upcoming project with the customer. By doing this I am able to provide an accurate quote as well as build rapport with the customer. I can then provide you with a detailed estimate for review.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off as an apprentice electrician while in a vo-tech high school.
