Vanessa did a deep cleaning of my home. She was punctual, did a through job, and was pleasant. She brought an additional helper too. While my house may have not been super dirty before, I can say that’s it’s super clean now and she did some extra work that I didn’t anticipate. So all in all I can recommend her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to understand the customer’s needs, the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning they are looking for. After that, we provide an estimate and schedule the best day and time for the service. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and comfortable for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, standard cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. Over time, we have learned the best techniques, products, and methods to clean different areas of the home with care and attention to detail.
