- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get fair prices based on the size of the project. I offer discounts for larger jobs. I give free on site estimates so you always know the final cost before I start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send me a few photos. I explain the work and the price. I come to the site to confirm details. I give you a clear timeline. I start the job as soon as you approve the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You get more than 30 years of masonry experience. I trained and worked in Europe and the United States. I learned advanced brick, stone, block, and concrete methods through hands on work. And i am OSHA Certified.
