I'm planning to use LKras Construction again in the future. I hired them to do a yard clean-up (removing and replacing mulch and landscape cloth around plantings, as well as cutting down knotweed) and some repair work on a retaining wall. Leo was very easy to work with. He walked me through additional opportunities to repair the stone foundation of the house. I respect the fact that his team has been with him long term; they're very professional. I would have preferred getting a definite heads up on when they were coming, but was very happy that they made it.

Working with LKras Construction was a great experience; from setting up a consultation to having the patio completed within 2 weeks. LKras was very communicative and reliable, he made sure to keep us up to date with deliveries and talked to us throughout the hole process to make sure the patio came out to be exactly what we wanted. LKras didn’t give us what we wanted, they made it even better. We are so happy with the results and will be working with the company on future home projects. Thank you again!

We contracted LKras Construction to do the masonry work on our property. Lio, the owner gave a very fair price estimate. It was the best price compare with a few other contractors we called previously. While money is important Lio’s and his crew work ethic, a quick turnaround and keeping up with all job details are even more valuable. The project includes disassembled two tiers of collapsed brick walls and rebuilt new stone walls on one side, and taking down and rebuilding the wall on the other side of the steps with proper drainage. Lio selected material for the project with our prior approval and the entire work was completed in four days. The ground was cleaned up upon completion. Lio is a very good communicator and keeps up with all his promises. We’re very happy with Lio and his crew and certainly will call them without any hesitation when we’ll need another project.
