Onelia and her team did a great job. The deep cleaning included the oven and all the nooks and crannies of the house that never get touched. Everything looked spotless and I was very pleased with the results. Moreover the team was kind and professional. I hope to use them again.

An excellent crew that knows- week over week- how to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Responsive to requests and happy to talk more about additional details, week-to-week changes or special information, and any and all feedback. Materials used by the crew are eco-friendly and also thorough, leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. Punctuality could be a bit improved but I understand they have a lot of business (more evidence of their high quality)

For context, I'm a girl that lives with 3 guys (all students), in a very big house and do my best to keep it clean. I was gone for 2 months, and came back to a disaster. Dirt, salt residue, snow, dusk, trash etc. I contacted ruby, and my house has never feel more homey. Higher price for the first deep clean of course, but she comes with a whole team. I love my house now and i will have them back regularly 100%. Do not waste your time with other services in new Haven (i did). THANK YOU

Ruby was wonderful! She did such a good job and was able to come the next day which I was happy about because our house was a mess after Christmas. She cleaned everything and washed everything, I was so impressed with how good of a job she did.

I always like to give an estimate before agreeing to a price, but I always try to work with their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will make appointment to see the house, then we give the costumer an estimate, if we both agree on the price, we pick a day and hour to clean the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been in the business for 14 years, I had work for many people, I have plenty of experience. I know what products can be used on different surfaces, but most important I love the work I do and I like to see my costumers happy
