House Cleaning

They coming to cleaning the house. When they almost done, I asked them we agreed they will clean windows sill. Then Elaine wipe clean one sill in front of me. and that is not sill they clean. When she told me they are done. I asked how come you are not clean the dust under the bed. She told her helper stay and clean the floor and under the bed. After they left. I saw the left the bag of garbage at front door. Also found the dirty towel at 2nd floor on the floor. I was expecting them to remove all the mouse trap at house. After they left, I found one under the bed. Really disappointing of their service.

hi stay very disappointed with your reviews because that's not what happened .. we did a first cleaning in your house and we moved everything, only your bed was impossible because it was too heavy and I warned you and we had several ways to clean it, and you didn't tell me asked to clean windows, because windows was not included in the value I gave you .. but I'm sorry if we do not serve you as you would like, the next time you hire someone to accept the neighbor before to say about the work and the value so you do not will have problems with the service.. thank you

Elaine was great, she came out to my house to quote the same day I inquired about cleaning. She just finished my house and she did a great job. Attention to detail is excellent. Definitely recommend, will be using again!
