- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing a job, customers should keep in mind that this includes the job itself, along with hours editing photos if requested as well as travel fees if eligible. Other factors may come into play so be sure understand everything you'd like from your photographer so the most accurate estimate can be given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with new customers is fairly straight forward and simple. First we discuss the session or event and after that paper work is taken care of. Next is the actual session(the fun part). Last I take time to edit the photos and have them sent to my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught photographer, this career started off as a simple love for the art and blossomed into a wonderful passion I made into my choice of work.
