I am extremely pleased with my experience working with R Julian Contractors. He arrived on time, did thorough prep work, newly painted door looks great, and cleaned up completely. I was especially impressed with his attention to detail. Would definitely consider this pro when I am ready for a larger painting project.

Actually arrived when he promised (not too common in the contractor world). He communicated regularly before the first job and contacted me immediately about a part of the job he couldn't complete today and needed additional parts for.

Richard replied right away and did a great job. I needed work done on a property I manage remotely, he sent me photos of the entire process and only charged me when the work was done. His rate was exactly as quoted. Great experience!
