- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a time and materials model based company. We charge hourly rates for our Craftsmen who enjoy an honest, appropriate wage, insurance, etc. We will work with your purchased materials, or purchase them for you. All of our work is guaranteed in writing for one full year. Our pricing in based upon current industry standards, taking into account employee benefits, etc. We offer discounts on half-day and full-day packages, where you have the services of a Craftsman to complete numerous projects for you in one visit. Ask us about our Veteran and Senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer speaks with our fantastic General Manager Deanna, who reviews their project with them to determine the customer needs and budget. Deanna determines which skilled Craftsman is best for the project, and schedules an appointment with the customer for a set time and date, not a "window" like most other providers. Our customers receive text/email messages confirming the appointment, are notified when our Craftsman (and his/her photograph) is enroute to their home, and receive a copy of their warranty before we leave. We arrive on time, ready to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our talented Craftsmen and Handymen have multiple years of experience, ranging from home construction, wood working, property management, electrical, plumbing, sheetrocking, assembling, etc., you name it. All receive specific safety training and routine, on-going training from our Ace Handyman national training programs.
