I had a tech sow up at my house very promptly. He did great job of explaining my options and why replacing one spring wasn’t an option. He went right to work and I’m pleased with the result.. The door works!! (What I was unclear about was who he worked for.). I had his card and then received a text from Complete Homemasters indicating he was their tech
