- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meet and greet at the new clients convenience. At that time I get to know their pals as well as their owners. I tell the owners I am a member of PET SITTERS INTERNATIONAL, insured and also bonded. I also give them multiple reverences. I convey to them that I leave an activity letter after each visit which details exactly what happened during the visit. For example, how many #1's and how many #2's the pal did and if we played ball or went for a walk ext.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a retired radiological technologist and I specialized in Mammography. After 38 years in that profession I decided it was time to do what I always wanted to do. My love of animals, all kinds, led me to start my own dog walking and pet service business!! I love every minute of it!!
