Dominick from Temp Rite was excellent. Very straightforward, honest, and responsive — no upselling, no games, and no cutting corners. He came within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got my AC fixed at a very reasonable price. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend him and Temp Rite.

Dom is the best, we started using him because our normal guy didn’t answer and it’s been a great decision since. Not only did he get our unit up and running in the middle of a heat wave when every other company said we needed to upgrade and spend thousands he now does our annual maintenance and filter changes. He’s our go to guy, always makes time for us and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.

Two scheduled appointments, two no-shows. We locked in a date, I got nothing but excuses leading up to it, and on the day — no call, no show. They apologized and we rescheduled, then did the exact same thing again. An apology you repeat is just a stall tactic. Wasted my time twice. Don’t rely on this pro for anything you actually need done.
