- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing structure includes the Pre-Production process which includes a discovery process to ensure we understand what your vision is, development of a creative concept if needed, writing a script if needed and project management. Then the Production phase starts where we record video and audio, design and create graphics, select music and sound effects and transcribe interviews. Finally, we go into Post-Production where we take the plan developed in Pre-Production plus the assets created in Production to edit the final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to know if a script needs to be written, how many days or hours we'll be filming, what the preferred length of the final video is and whether there are specific graphic guidelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been producing video and presentations for over 30 years.
