- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Top Rail Fence, we seek to bring a premium experience to your fencing needs. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, integrity, and dedication to best-in-class craftsmanship and installation. Gone are the days of waiting 3 weeks for a contractor to call you back or disappearing in the middle of a job. With this in mind, we probably won't be the cheapest option out there. But we believe you get the service you pay for. And with Top Rail Fence, you get the best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, Bryce, am the owner of this business, and you'll work with me start to finish. I'll start with a free onsite visit to your home to understand your fencing needs, help educate you on materials options and the process. Once you choose to work with us, we'll order materials and schedule your installation. On the day of the installation, we'll perform a pre-job walk-through to confirm the details of your project, and our team will get to work. Our installers bring between 7 and 30 years of fence installation experience - they're true experts at their craft! Once complete, we'll perform another post-job walk-through to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your beautiful new fence.
