- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope, scale, and level of customization involved in each project. The focus is always on delivering long-term value through thoughtful design, durable craftsmanship, and carefully selected materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each process begins with an initial consultation to understand your goals, space, and overall vision. From there, a detailed estimate is prepared outlining scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, a deposit secures your place in the schedule and the project moves into production. Upon completion, a final invoice is issued and the project is closed out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines hands-on training in residential and commercial carpentry with ongoing study of materials, techniques, and sustainable practices. I also studied neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University, which informs my approach to problem-solving and design.
