What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually try to be as fair as possible considering the time, labor and materials for each job. Complicated jobs require more time and attention; costs are more, and smaller jobs costs are less. But I'll try to be fair and reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer communication via email. If we need to meet, write and we can plan a time and place convenient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eastern CT University graduate; Digital Graphic Design. Over 25 years working in design, graphics. RISD surface design. Fine Arts background. I have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Suite, Fine Art abilities, sign creating and layout
