Tatiana has been cleaning my home almost every other week for 2 years. I live alone but I have 6 pets and there is always hair and grime to tackle. The house is always spotless when Tatiana leaves. Very fair price for the quality and attention to detail.

Tatiana is a very hard working professional housecleaner who listens carefully and does the work I ask her to do very throughly. She showed me the products she uses and demonstrated how she cleans. We wrote down what I expected to be done so we both know exactly what we agreed upon. I look forward to her cleaning the house every two weeks now.

We have tried mini house, cleaners and by far Tatiana is the best that we have ever had thorough always on time and a stickler for perfection. She is the most professional cleaner that we have had and she certainly can stay here as long as she wants.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 an hour for regular cleaning. I use my own cleaning products like shower cleaner, toilet cleaner, glass cleaner, wood cleaner, all purpose cleaner and tools like microfiber clothes, dusters, floor map, sponges, brushes and paper towels. if the client wants me to use other cleaning products and tools, these must be provided. When I vacuum, I use the client's vacuum cleaner. I ask a client to have a personal toilet brush for each toilet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to get to know each other, see the house, learn about the client's needs and evaluate the work. I start working on this day 3-4 hours. If the client likes my work, we make a work schedule in accordance with the needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught in the cleaning industry. I know the basic methods of cleaning and the rules for working with surfaces.
