Very overpriced. I complained and they adjusted the price in a half hour simple pipe replacement from over $600 to $499. Then I complained to their office abd the head plumber adjusted the price again to $349. Still overpriced. They used the drain hardware I bought and simple had to buy a simple replacement piece of drain pipe which I priced on Amazon for about $22.
