Doesn't respond in a timely manner. Said they would get back to me the next day in a previous message and instead took practically a week to reply. By that time I already had an evaluation by another electrician and hired them to do the job for less than $200. This company needs to work on being more responsive to their future customers and keep their word about when they will get back to them in a reply.

He was a no show. He never called to say he was going to be late and only responded after I sent him an email long after the 2pm appointment. I understand jobs can go longer than planned but all he had to do was call and I would have understood. This is terrible customer service and I will find another electrician elsewhere.
