- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a pretty simple process that we are very transparent about. Depending on the size and style of the gutter it is a standard dollar amount per foot. Whatever the footage comes out to is what the cost of the project will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers because it gives us opportunity to wow them. We take a lot of pride in our customer service and communication and it starts from the first hello. Once we are able to connect through a phone call or text we can stop out to your home or business and meet with you to discuss the best options and are able to provide a price within minutes.
