Lizzie handles 90% of my paperwork and bookkeeping. When I get really busy, I’ve started having her take my calls. I work independently as well, and this was a game changer- although I can do everything myself, I didn’t realize how much stress and confusion doing all of it was causing me, until Lizzie took over. It saves me so much time too. Plus she’s nice and clearly likes what she does. I know whenever I call she’s going to be happy to hear from me, and handle stuff ASAP. My customers have commented on this as well. She’s great.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I prefer to, and have mostly worked with with local trades companies and owner operators: Construction, plumbing, trucking, distribution, manufacturing..

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Currently I am working on an Aging Receivables report. Lots of companies, especially in the trades, have a similar situation, but the process of tracking down payment can drive you nuts. I, however, love this type of project. I have done it a few times before and have recovered over $200k for one client alone. When you have someone focused on ONE project like this, it means nothing distracts from that- and that's just what I'm here for!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Start with one specific project, task, or end result in mind- for this service to handle for you. Consider what it would take for you/your staff to show them the ropes and how you would like that to unfold. The simpler and more clearly you can hand off the task/train this person, the sooner you can get them up and running, so you can be sure this is a good fit, see results, and ideally, the service pays for itself in the time and money you recover.
