I have been a Chef now for over 13 years and have a vast knowledge of all different kinds of cuisines. I am always striving to stay current with the culinary times and am very innovative. I hired Kylene to cater a small Christmas gathering. Everything went perfectly. She is professional, the food was outstanding and she even delivered it to me. I am very pleased with Chef Kylene and her efforts to make an event go smoothly.

Kylene meal preps 3 dinners a week for my husband and I... she is professional, easy to communicate with, accommodating and to top it all off... the food is delicious! My husband is a type 1 diabetic and Kylene is always thinking of substitutes and ways to make our meals low carb and healthy!!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First a ten minute consultation via phone, then I will design a menu for the event and forward it to be reviewed. In some cases I will tour the kitchen a head of time to have a concrete plan for the event day. Once the menu is approved I construct a contract for the client to review and sign. Then its off to the event!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attended the Center for Culinary Arts. I am ServeSafe certified as well as MA Allergen Certified as well. I spent the last four years a a Head Chef overseeing the kitchen, supervising staff, menu creating and ordering. I maintained a 90% excellent rating on participant evaluations.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with a vast variety of clients. I am able to accommodate any food allergies, dietary restrictions or dietary lifestyles.
