The best experience I've had with any vendor! Ben was quick to respond and easy to communicate with before, during, and after the inspection process. He has lots of experience and provided proof of his license without me needing to request it. He was willing to negotiate on price as we collected quotes from vendors. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, answered all of our questions (we had a lot!), and sent his final report with full details and photos less than 5 hours after he left. He's literally everything you want when hiring a professional, especially for something as important as a home inspection. If we ever happen to buy another home in the area, we'll hire him again.
