Sometimes 5 stars just isn’t enough. That’s the case with Ben of Tweedie HomeInspections.
I’ve had a handful of home inspectors over the years, and many of them have been good.
What sets Ben apart are two things.
First is general intellectual curiosity for his work which naturally makes him a great inspector. He is passionate about homes and is extremely thorough and has a keen eye for what other inspectors miss.
The other is his customer service. He’s prompt and also very responsive. He truly goes the extra mile. Even long after he was paid and his inspection report was submitted, Ben still followed up with me throughout the closing process to offer additional expertise on the unique situation with my home and helped me to make a better formed decision regarding the house.
His pricing is more than fair for the service he provides and the money he can save a prospective homebuyer.
Additionally, his certification as a CFSIC approved inspector is invaluable when purchasing property in Tolland County, CT.

Ben is very responsive and professional in his work. He spent countless hours on site doing things precisely. Thanks to him, we discovered a radon issue. He also identified many important issues; otherwise, we would never have been aware. I am very pleased to work with him.

I politely request the address for property details as every home is different. I offer discounts to first time home buyers, active duty and veterans as well as repeat clients.

Providing address for property, giving an accurate price quote based on sqft amount of bedrooms and bathrooms.
