Sometimes 5 stars just isn’t enough. That’s the case with Ben of Tweedie Home Inspections. I’ve had a handful of home inspectors over the years, and many of them have been good. What sets Ben apart are two things. First is general intellectual curiosity for his work which naturally makes him a great inspector. He is passionate about homes and is extremely thorough and has a keen eye for what other inspectors miss. The other is his customer service. He’s prompt and also very responsive. He truly goes the extra mile. Even long after he was paid and his inspection report was submitted, Ben still followed up with me throughout the closing process to offer additional expertise on the unique situation with my home and helped me to make a better formed decision regarding the house. His pricing is more than fair for the service he provides and the money he can save a prospective homebuyer. Additionally, his certification as a CFSIC approved inspector is invaluable when purchasing property in Tolland County, CT. Hopefully I won’t need to use him again for a while, but I wouldn’t even think twice about hiring him again. He would be my one and only call if I needed a home inspector.
