We have hired BMD Painting several times and were pleased with the quality of the work. We had a positive experience. We rehired them on 8/8/15 to paint our exterior. The owner powerwashed our house on 8/10/15 and we gave him a $2,500.00 down payment as per the contract. He said he would return in a week to prep & paint our house. He never returned. He did not respond to our numerous calls & texts during August. We received text messages on 9/7/15 and 9/29/15 stating that he still planned to return & complete the job. However he never returned in Sept. or October. We sent a letter on10/21/15 requesting that he return our $2,500.00 deposit since he never completed the work. (Receipt of this letter was confirmed by USPS). He has not refunded our money nor offered any explanation as to why he could not finish our job. Unfortunately, at this time we would advise potential customers not to hire him.
