- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) to see where the client is. The FMS is a series of movements/assessments conducted to help both the client and Coach see how they move in order to creat the best program as well as corrective exercises if they have any limitations for exercising.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Certified Personal Trainer And a Certified USAW L1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally get clients looking for help with weight loss and toning and clients looking to improve their physical abilities be it running races or just for everyday activities.
