- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the actual job location, and scope of work. I do offer Veteran discounts, Neighborhood/Group discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive the opportunity via the Thumbtack portal, I will reply with a follow up message to confirm my interest in your job. I do require basic in order to properly provide an estimate. Once the information is gathered I will reach out by cell phone or text message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken remote online training to understand the process of window cleaning, Soft washing, deck cleaning and gutter brightening. I have product knowledge of the soaps and solutions I use.
