I had contracted with stone to restore a room in a 1910 apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. The room had never been refurbished except for layers and layers of paint through the decades. Stone exposed all the cracks on the walls and ceiling repairing them and skimming the entire wall with compound before priming and repainting it. The room now looks like brand new. The highlight of the restoration was when he stripped the windowsills and restored them to the 80 plus years of paint that covered them. The quality of the work was impeccable and Sone was super quick and professional.
