I interviewed four different contractors and I was referred to joel Construction. The contractors meet me the same day and provide a quote, thousands of dollars less than the other four contractors. Contractors contacted me everyday to tell me what will be happening at my house the the turnaround time was 4 weeks for a complete basement. Joel was respectful of my home and not making the entire house a Construction site. I will ONLY use Joel Construction for my projects going forward.
