- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, materials, and time required. Small jobs are typically priced as a minimum service call. Larger or multi-day projects are quoted after a walkthrough or detailed discussion. I focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and doing the job right the first time. Written estimates provided before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the details of your project and asking a few clarifying questions. For most jobs, I schedule an on-site visit or request photos to give an accurate estimate. Once pricing and scope are agreed on, we schedule the work. I show up on time, complete the job properly, and clean up before leaving. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, repairs, and property maintenance. My training comes from years of real-world job experience, managing projects, and completing work to professional standards.
