- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer 10% discounts on all work for educators and Healthcare employees. we offer a 15% Discount to active and retired military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we usually set up an appointment or have photos sent to us to evaluate. we talk about what needs to be done and how to achieve that in the most economical way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Horticulture and Master Gardener Certificate. A certificate in Construction practices. I have 34 years of hands on experience in all the trades
