Bob was very thorough with my inspection. He made sure he checked everything in every room and was able to answer all of my questions I had. He also made sure I understood everything he was telling me. His report I got very quickly as well. I would highly recommend him to anybody look for a good home inspection.

Talk about a thorough inspection! And what's more, Bob really goes the extra mile for you, going into parts of the house others would hate to go. I had a perfect appointment with Bob. He was modivated from the get go to help me. Timely, personable and professional are 3 traits I recognized about Bob right away. He was very thorough through the inspection, taking his time through each step to insure accuracy. Bob also explained each and every issue the home had, both verbally throughout the inspection and then again in a very detailed report I received within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Bob!! From asking for a quote to doing the inspection, Bob was 100% a pleasure to do business with. He gave quick responses when reaching out and was very pleasant on the phone. It didn’t feel rehearsed like others I’ve spoken to. He arrived a few minutes early (as did we) and we had a bit of small talk. He then gave us a bit of background and walked us through a bit on what he was going to be doing. While performing the inspection he was letting us know why he was doing it, what he was looking for, giving us feedback and telling us the importance of it. He did this which everything he inspected whether minor or serious. He even informed us of the positives. Bob definitely made this process stress free and comfortable. Reading some reviews beforehand I don’t understand how an inspector arriving early is a negative thing. If an inspector has started an inspection of the outside while he waited, I would just simply ask him to do it again just so I would get an understanding. It’s better than waiting for a late inspector in my opinion and just shows how responsible and professional the person is. I highly recommend Bob. I have nothing but nice things to say about him and our experience with him. Thanks again Bob!
