We strive to maintain fair pricing while still delivering a superior service you can rely on. Discounts are rewarded on a case by case basis, and offered for appointments scheduled during certain times of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers involves taking pertinent information at the time of the request. Providing free estimates which can normally be done completely online. Sending a professional estimate via email and text message which covers all services requested while giving all information needed to ensure the customer understands our processes taken to ensure a superior result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners receive thorough on the job training that covers all aspects of the work they will be performing. Many of our top cleaners have been with the company for 15 plus years.
