Claudio and his team were very good about working with me to define the scope of the project and then quoting accordingly. Once the project began, the work proceeded efficiently, with good attention to detail. Claudio also made sure to give me status updates on progress and estimates on completion. Claudio worked closely with me to create this CATIO (cat patio). He was extremely patient even when the parameters changed during the project. I have yet to add a fountain, grass bed and Catmint, but my cats are really enjoying their new territory. They love to be above everything looking down. They can now be outside without the danger of being struck by a car, stolen, preyed upon, poisoned, shot, or over-fed by a well-intentioned neighbor who refuses to understand that they won’t live as long if they are overweight. I have 3 cats. Over the years this catio will more than pay for itself. My cats will no longer require the plethora of shots they used to need or expensive and TOXIC flea control. I intend to add to the catio each year. I will most certainly use Claudio for this as well as other projects. I will most certainly refer my real estate clients to him. I only hope he doesn’t get too busy to come and work at my house. Thank you Claudio!!!

Claudio’s work exceeded our expectations! Our home was destroyed in a tornado and we had to rebuild from ground up. This was our first time building a home and we were a bit nervous to have find contractors that would do a great job. We ended up using thumbtack to find most of our contractors, all of which we could not have been happier with. Claudio’s services were top notch and for a reasonable price.
